The bids must be submitted by 3:00 p.m. Monday, April 6, 2026 and the highest bidder will be awarded at the April 7, 2026 Regular Meeting of the Shallowater City Council at 7:00 p.m. The meeting will be held at the Police Department Training Room, 607 Avenue G, Shallowater, Texas, 79363. The vehicle will be sold as is to the highest bidder, and the bidder must remit payment in certified funds within one week of the bid being accepted. The City of Shallowater would like to give all interested parties the right to appear and be heard at the council meeting on Tuesday, 18th of October, 2022 at 7:00 p.m. in the Police Department Training Room, 607 Ave G, Shallowater, Texas on the issue of a variance to place a 40’x 40’ metal building for Lynn Crowther at 910 13th street. The building will have 16 ft. walls.  The variance is for the size and height of the structure .

This variance, if granted would allow Lynn Crowther the ability to place the 1600 sq. ft building at 910 13th street.  Any questions or concerns may be directed to City Hall, 806-696-4300. Thank you.
