Variance request to place a storage building at 1412 8th street

Public Notice

The City of Shallowater would like to give all interested parties the right to appear and be heard at the council meeting on Tuesday, the 16th of September, 2025 at 7:00 pm in the Police Department Training Room, 607 Ave G, Shallowater, Texas on the issue of a variance for a 24′ x 22′ metal and brick storage building at 1412 8th street for Mr. Russell Lusk. The walls are 12″ tall. The variance is for the size of the building. 

This variance, if granted would allow the placement of the storage building that is 528 square feet to be placed at 1412 8th street. Any questions or concerns may be directed to City Hall, 806-696-4300.
