The City of Shallowater would like to give all interested parties the right to appear and be heard at the council meeting on Tuesday, the 21st of February, 2023 at 7:00 p.m. in the Police Department Training Room, 607 Ave G, Shallowater, Texas on the issue of a variance to place a 25’X 40’X 12’ garage with a 15’X15’ storage room with 12’ side walls for Mr. Cory Condren at 512 Avenue R.  The variance is for the size and height of the structure.   

If granted, this variance would allow the Condren’s to place an 1100 sq. ft. garage/shop at 512 Avenue R.  Any questions or concerns may be directed to City Hall, 806-696-4300.
