Variance Request for a storage building at 1319 5th street: The City of Shallowater would like to give all interested parties the right to appear and be heard at the council meeting on Tuesday, 16th of August, 2022 at 7:00 p.m. in the Police Department Training Room, 607 Ave G, Shallowater, Texas on the issue of a variance to place a 25'x25'x12' metal storage building that will be 12' tall and 5' from the property line for Justin Perez at 1319 5th street. The variance is for the size and height of the structure. This variance, if granted would allow Mr. Perez to place a 625 sq. ft. building at 1319 5th street.
