The City of Shallowater would like to give all interested parties the right to appear and be heard at the council meeting on Tuesday, the 18^th of October, 2022 at 7:00 p.m. in the Police Department Training Room, 607 Ave G, Shallowater, Texas on the issue of a variance request from Mr. Corey Youso at 1411 9^th Street to place a 20’ X 40’ metal shop.  There will be 10’ walls and the property owner has requested to place the building 2’6” from the rear property line closest to the alley.

This variance, if granted would allow the owner to build an 800 square foot structure metal shop at 1411 9^th Street.  The variance is for the size and height of the structure and the placement on the rear property line.
