Variance for Carport at 1305 5th Street…: City of Shallowater Public Notice     The City of Shallowater would like to give all interested parties the right to appear and be heard at the council meeting on Tuesday, the 18th of April, 2023 at 7:00 p.m. in the Police Department Training Room, 607 Ave G, Shallowater, Texas on the issue of a variance to place a 25 X 27 carport with 9’ columns for Mr. Dennis Crisp at 1305 5th Street.  The variance is for the size and height of the structure.    This variance, if granted, would allow Mr. Crisp the ability to place a 675 sq. ft. carport at 1305 5th Street.  Any questions or concerns may be directed to City Hall, 806-696-4300.   Thank you

Variance Request to place a car port at 1314 6th for the Catholic Church

The City of Shallowater would like to give all interested parties the right to appear and be heard at the council meeting on Tuesday, 15th of November, 2022 at 7:00 p.m. in the Police Department Training Room, 607 Ave G, Shallowater, Texas on the issue of a variance to place a 20’X20’ car port that will be 9’ tall and 5’ from the property line for the Catholic Church at 1314 6th.  The variance is for the size and height of the structure and to attach the car port to the existing house.   

This variance, if granted would allow the Catholic Church the ability to place a 400 sq. ft. car port at 1314 6th.  Any questions or concerns may be directed to City Hall, 806-696-4300.
