Variance for Shop and Awning to be Placed at 1905 13th Street for Mr. Brandon Scroggins…: City of Shallowater Public Notice   The City of Shallowater would like to give all interested parties the right to appear and be heard at the council meeting on Tuesday, the 16th of July, 2024 at 7:00 p.m. in the Police Department Training Room, 607 Ave G, Shallowater, Texas on the issue of a variance request from Mr. Brandon Scroggins at 1905 13th Street to place a 30’ X 50’ shop with a 10’ X 50’ awning.  There will be 14’ walls. This variance, if granted would allow the owner to build a 1,500-square-foot shop with a 500-square-foot awning at 1905 13th Street.  The variance is for the size and height of the structure.  The plans meet all other required setbacks.  Any questions or concerns may be directed to City Hall, at 806-696-4300.    Thank you

The City of Shallowater would like to give all interested parties the right to appear and be heard at the council meeting on Tuesday, the 15th of August, 2023 at 7:00 p.m. in the Police Department Training Room, 607 Ave G, Shallowater, Texas on the issue of a variance to replace the existing mobile home with a 2023 28’X44’ mobile home at 509 Avenue H.   Logan Willeby has requested a variance to place a newer mobile home to improve his residence.   This variance, if granted would allow him to upgrade to a newer model mobile home to be placed at the same site on the property as the previous mobile home utilizing the same service connections.  Any questions or concerns may be directed to City Hall, at 806-696-4300.
