Notice of Public Hearing for Final Plat and Zoning of Highland Heights Lots 70-136

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

             

The City of Shallowater would like to give all interested parties the right to appear and be heard at the council meeting on Tuesday, the 15th of June, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. in the Police Department Training Room, 607 Ave G, Shallowater, Texas on the issue of a final plat for Lots 70-136, Highland Heights, a subdivision of Section 23, Block D-5, Lubbock County, Lots 70-136 of Highland Heights are 19.97 acres located east of the Shallowater High School and north of FM 1294. The 19.97 acres zoning classification will be R-1 (Single Family Residential) The public hearing for the final plat for Highland Heights Lots 70-136 will be held at the council meeting on Tuesday, the 15th of June, 2021.  

A copy of the plat for Lots 70-136, Highland Heights, a subdivision out of Section 23, Block D-5, Lubbock County, Texas is available upon request at the Shallowater City Hall, 801 Avenue G, Shallowater, Texas.  Any questions or concerns may be directed to City Hall, 806-696-4300.
