The City of Shallowater would like to give all interested parties the right to appear and be heard at the council meeting on Monday, the 21st of September, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. in the Police Department Training Room, 607 Ave G, Shallowater, Texas on the issue of a variance to place a 24’3” X 38’ shop addition at 810 Ave R for Matthew Redecop with 14’ side walls with a 3/12 pitch.  The variance is for the size and height of the structure. 

This variance, if granted would allow Mr. Redecop the ability to place a 925 sq. ft. workshop at 810 Avenue R.  Any questions or concerns may be directed to City Hall, 806-832-4521.
