The vehicle will be sold as is to the highest bidder, and the bidder must remit payment in certified funds within one week of the bid being accepted. INVITATION TO BID 10TH STREET PAVING REPAIR AND DRAINAGE PROJECT

SECTION 00 11 13 – ADVERTISEMENT INVITATION TO BID

Sealed proposals addressed to City of Shallowater will be received at the City of Shallowater, 801 Avenue G, Shallowater, Texas 79363 until Thursday, August 6th, 2020, 2:00 p.m. for 10th Street Reconstruction.

Immediately following the closing time for receipt of bids, proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud. Any bid received after closing time will be returned unopened. Bids will be tabulated and presented to City of Shallowater for action at a later date.

A virtual prebid conference will be held 2:00 p.m. local time on Tuesday, August 4th, 2020 via WebEx. Attendance by prospective Bidders is not mandatory. Prospective Bidders may register to receive an invitation to the prebid conference via email by contacting Anahi Chavarin, Project Assistant, at [email protected].
