The City of Shallowater will be accepting sealed bids for each of the following trucks and will be sold as is. The trucks may be sold as a package. If you would like to view one or both of the trucks, please contact City Hall at (806) 696-4300 during regular business hours.

You may mail the sealed bids to City of Shallowater, Attention: Nikki Coronado, PO Box 246, Shallowater, Texas, 79363 or drop them off at City Hall located at 801 Avenue G, Shallowater, Texas, 79363. The bids must be submitted by 3:00 p.m. Monday, September 15, 2025 and the highest bidder will be awarded at the September 16, 2025 Regular Meeting of the Shallowater City Council at 7:00 p.m. The meeting will be held at the Police Department Training Room, 607 Avenue G, Shallowater, Texas, 79363. The vehicles will be sold as is to the highest bidder, and the bidder must remit payment in certified funds within one week of the bid being accepted.
