The City of Shallowater would like to give all interested parties the right to appear and be heard at the council meeting on Tuesday, 18^th of October, 2022 at 7:00 p.m. in the Police Department Training Room, 607 Ave G, Shallowater, Texas on the issue of a variance to place a 12’x 12’ tuff shed building with the highest pitch at 13’ for Ms. Amanda Martinez at 1413 13^th street. The building will be 1 ½ feet away from the back fence line.  The variance is for the height of the structure and for the placement along the back fence line.  

This variance, if granted would allow Ms. Martinez the ability to place the 144 sq. ft building at 1413 13^th street.  Any questions or concerns may be directed to City Hall, 806-696-4300. Thank you
