The City of Shallowater would like to give all interested parties the right to appear and be heard at the council meeting on Tuesday, 19th of April, 2022 at 7:00 p.m. in the Police Department Training Room, 607 Ave G, Shallowater, Texas on the issue of a variance to place a 40’X15’ carport that will be 8’ 6” tall and 5’ from the property line for Mr. Cuevas at 605 Ave G.  The variance is for the size and height of the structure.   

This variance, if granted would allow Mr. Cuevas the ability to place a 600 sq. ft. carport at 605 Ave G.  Any questions or concerns may be directed to City Hall, 806-696-4300.
