The bids must be submitted by 3:00 p.m. Monday, April 6, 2026 and the highest bidder will be awarded at the April 7, 2026 Regular Meeting of the Shallowater City Council at 7:00 p.m. The meeting will be held at the Police Department Training Room, 607 Avenue G, Shallowater, Texas, 79363. The vehicle will be sold as is to the highest bidder, and the bidder must remit payment in certified funds within one week of the bid being accepted.
