The City of Shallowater would like to give all interested parties the right to appear and be heard at the council meeting on Tuesday, the 18th of January, 2022 at 7:00 p.m. in the Police Department Training Room, 607 Ave G, Shallowater, Texas on the issue of a variance to place a 40’ x 40’ pool house at 1402 10th street for Dereck Blair with 9’ sidewalls with a 7/12 pitch.  The variance is for the size and height of the structure. 

This variance, if granted would allow Mr. Blair the ability to place a 1600 sq. ft. pool house at 1402 10th street.  Any questions or concerns may be directed to City Hall, 806-696-4300.
