The vehicle will be sold as is to the highest bidder, and the bidder must remit payment in certified funds within one week of the bid being accepted. NOTICE OF PUBLIC

HEARING

ON

2021-2022 BUDGET

 

The City Council for the City of Shallowater will hold a public hearing to consider the 2021-2022 Proposed Budget on Tuesday, September 21, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. at the Police Annex located at 607 Ave G, Shallowater, TX 79363.

 

“THIS BUDGET WILL RAISE MORE REVENUE FROM PROPERTY TAXES THAN LAST YEAR’S BUDGET BY AN AMOUNT OF $101,732.60, WHICH IS A 8.57 PERCENT INCREASE FROM LAST YEAR’S BUDGET. THE PROPERTY TAX REVENUE TO BE RAISED FROM NEW PROPERTY ADDED TO THE TAX ROLL THIS YEAR IS $39,310.57.”
