THE UTILITY DEPARTMENT WILL BE PERFORMING MAINTENANCE ON A MANHOLE IN THE STREET.

PLEASE USE 8TH STREET AND AVE. Q OR 12TH STREET TO EXIT OR ENTER YOUR NEIGHBORHOOD.

THE ROAD WILL BE OPENED AS SOON AS THE WORK IS COMPLETED.
