The special exception is for the tiny house to be used as a residence in a commercially zoned area.  There will be an 8’ fence around the tiny house and it will tie in to the existing water and sewer lines of the flower shop.  The shop and the tiny house cannot be sold separately.  The tiny house is restricted from being utilized as a residential rental property in the future as well. This variance will also allow for the size and height of the tiny house to be placed at the location described above.   This variance, if granted would allow them to place a 544 square tiny house to be used as a residence.  The plans meet all required setbacks.  Any questions or concerns may be directed to City Hall, 806-696-4300.  Thank you
