The vehicle will be sold as is to the highest bidder, and the bidder must remit payment in certified funds within one week of the bid being accepted. The City of Shallowater would like to give all interested parties the right to appear and be heard at the council meeting on Monday, the 21st of September, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. in the Police Department Training Room, 607 Ave G, Shallowater, Texas on the issue of a variance to place a 24’3” X 38’ shop addition at 810 Ave R for Matthew Redecop with 14’ side walls with a 3/12 pitch.  The variance is for the size and height of the structure. 

This variance, if granted would allow Mr. Redecop the ability to place a 925 sq. ft. workshop at 810 Avenue R.  Any questions or concerns may be directed to City Hall, 806-832-4521.
