Variance to place a carport at 703 11th st.: City of Shallowater Public Notice  The City of Shallowater would like to give all interested parties the right to appear and be heard at the council meeting on Tuesday, the 15th of April, 2025 at 7:00 p.m. in the Police Department Training Room, 607 Ave G, Shallowater, Texas on the issue of a variance to place a 20 X 30 carport on the side of the house on the existing concrete pad at 703 11th street.    This variance, if granted would allow Mr. Keith the ability to place a 20 X 30 carport on the side of the house on the existing concrete pad.  Any questions or concerns may be directed to City Hall, 806-696-4300. The City of Shallowater would like to give all interested parties the right to appear and be heard at the council meeting on Tuesday, the 15th of August, 2023 at 7:00 p.m. in the Police Department Training Room, 607 Ave G, Shallowater, Texas on the issue of a variance to replace the existing mobile home with a 2023 28’X44’ mobile home at 509 Avenue H.   Logan Willeby has requested a variance to place a newer mobile home to improve his residence.   This variance, if granted would allow him to upgrade to a newer model mobile home to be placed at the same site on the property as the previous mobile home utilizing the same service connections.  Any questions or concerns may be directed to City Hall, at 806-696-4300.
