***Please notice the date changed to March 22, 2022, due to the cancelation of the meeting was scheduled for March 15, 2022.*** 

 

The City of Shallowater would like to give all interested parties the right to appear and be heard at the council meeting on Tuesday, the 22nd of March, 2022 at 7:00 p.m. in the Police Department Training Room, 607 Ave G, Shallowater, Texas on the issue of a variance to place a 20’ x 40’ storage building with 12’ sidewalls for Mr. and Mrs. Hill at 1424 9th Street.  The variance is for the size, height of the structure, and they have requested to build two feet from the property line.    

This variance, if granted would allow the Hill’s the ability to place an 800 sq. ft. storage building at 1424 9th Street.  Any questions or concerns may be directed to City Hall, 806-696-4300.
