The City of Shallowater would like to give all interested parties the right to appear and be heard at the council meeting on Tuesday, the 15^th of March, 2022 at 7:00 p.m. in the Police Department Training Room, 607 Ave G, Shallowater, Texas on the issue of a variance to place a 20’ x 40’ storage building with 12’ sidewalls for Mr. and Mrs. Hill at 1424 9^th Street.  The variance is for the size, height of the structure, and they have requested to build two feet from the property line.    

This variance, if granted would allow the Hill’s the ability to place an 800 sq. ft. storage building at 1424 9^th Street.  Any questions or concerns may be directed to City Hall, 806-696-4300.
