The City of Shallowater would like to give all interested parties the right to appear and be heard at the council meeting on Tuesday, the 19th of October, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. in the Police Department Training Room, 607 Ave G, Shallowater, Texas on the issue of a final plat for Lots 70-143, Highland Heights, a subdivision of Section 23, Block D-5, Lubbock County, Lots 70-143 of Highland Heights are 19.97 acres located east of the Shallowater High School and north of FM 1294.

A copy of the plat for Lots 70-143, Highland Heights, a subdivision out of Section 23, Block D-5, Lubbock County, Texas is available upon request at the Shallowater City Hall, 801 Avenue G, Shallowater, Texas.  Any questions or concerns may be directed to City Hall, 806-696-4300. Thank you
