The vehicle will be sold as is to the highest bidder, and the bidder must remit payment in certified funds within one week of the bid being accepted. The City of Shallowater would like to give all interested parties the right to appear and be heard at the council meeting on Tuesday, the 19th of October, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. in the Police Department Training Room, 607 Ave G, Shallowater, Texas on the issue of a final plat for Lots 70-143, Highland Heights, a subdivision of Section 23, Block D-5, Lubbock County, Lots 70-143 of Highland Heights are 19.97 acres located east of the Shallowater High School and north of FM 1294.
