The City of Shallowater would like to give all interested parties the right to appear and be heard at the council meeting on Tuesday, the 20th of July, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. in the Police Department Training Room, 607 Ave G, Shallowater, Texas on the issue of a variance request to place a 16’X20’X8.5’’ metal storage building at 1415 14th Street, for size and height for Mr. Danny Rhodes.
This variance, if granted would allow the owner to build a 320 square foot metal storage building. The plans meet all other required setbacks. Any questions or concerns may be directed to City Hall, 806-696-4300.
