Variance Request on rear set back for 1503 Avenue O for Aaron Daniel Homes

PUBLIC NOTICE

 

The City of Shallowater would like to give all interested parties the right to appear and be heard at the council meeting on Tuesday, the 15th of December, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. in the Police Department Training Room, 607 Avenue G, Shallowater, Texas on the issue of a variance requested by Aaron Daniel Homes for the rear set back on 1503 Avenue O.

This variance, if granted would allow Aaron Daniel Homes to place the rear setback at seven feet from the property line instead of 15 feet which is stated in the local ordinance at 1503 Avenue O.  Any questions or concerns may be directed to Amanda Cummings at City Hall at 806-832-4521.
