Variance for Shop and Awning to be Placed at 1905 13th Street for Mr. Brandon Scroggins…: City of Shallowater Public Notice The City of Shallowater would like to give all interested parties the right to appear and be heard at the council meeting on Tuesday, the 16th of July, 2024 at 7:00 p.m. in the Police Department Training Room, 607 Ave G, Shallowater, Texas on the issue of a variance request from Mr. Brandon Scroggins at 1905 13th Street to place a 30’ X 50’ shop with a 10’ X 50’ awning. There will be 14’ walls. This variance, if granted would allow the owner to build a 1,500-square-foot shop with a 500-square-foot awning at 1905 13th Street.
