Immediately following the closing time for receipt of bids, proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud. Any bid received after closing time will be returned unopened. Bids will be tabulated and presented to City of Shallowater for action at a later date. A virtual prebid conference will be held 2:00 p.m. local time on Tuesday, August 4th, 2020 via WebEx.
