HEARING
ON
2024-2025 BUDGET

The City Council for the City of Shallowater will hold a public hearing to consider the 2024-2025 Proposed Budget on Tuesday, September 17, 2024 at 7:00 p.m. at the Shallowater Independent School District Board Room at 1100 Ave K, Shallowater, TX 79363.
“THIS BUDGET WILL RAISE MORE REVENUE FROM PROPERTY TAXES THAN LAST YEAR’S BUDGET BY $72,210.96 WHICH IS A 4.42% PERCENT INCREASE FROM LAST YEAR’S BUDGET. THE PROPERTY TAX REVENUE TO BE RAISED FROM NEW PROPERTY ADDED TO THE TAX ROLL THIS YEAR IS $63,837.20.”
