The City of Shallowater would like to give all interested parties the right to appear and be heard at the council meeting on Tuesday, the 21st of February, 2023 at 7:00 p.m. in the Police Department Training Room, 607 Ave G, Shallowater, Texas on the issue of a variance to place a 20’ x 40’ garage/shop with 10’ side walls and an 8/12 pitch for Mr. and Mrs. Youso at 1411 9th Street.  The variance is for the size, and height of the structure, and they have requested to build on the rear property line and three feet from the side property line.    

If granted, this variance would allow the Yousos to place an 800 sq. ft. garage/shop at 1411 9th Street.  Any questions or concerns may be directed to City Hall, at 806-696-4300.
