Variance Request for 1120 17th Street for a metal building…

The City of Shallowater would like to give all interested parties the right to appear and be heard at the council meeting on Tuesday, the 21st of February, 2023 at 7:00 p.m. in the Police Department Training Room, 607 Ave G, Shallowater, Texas on the issue of a variance request for a 16’ X 20’ metal storage building at 1120 17th Street from Katelynn Peterson that will be on the rear property line.  The walls will be 10’ tall.   The variance is for the height and size of the metal building. 

This variance, if granted would allow the owner to place a 320 sq. ft. metal building at 1120 17th for Katelynn Peterson.  The variance is for the size and height of the structure. The plans meet all other required setbacks.  Any questions or concerns may be directed to City Hall, 806-696-4300.
