The bids must be submitted by 3:00 p.m. Monday, November 17, 2025 and the highest bidder will be awarded at the November 18, 2025 Regular Meeting of the Shallowater City Council at 7:00 p.m. The meeting will be held at the Police Department Training Room, 607 Avenue G, Shallowater, Texas, 79363. The vehicle will be sold as is to the highest bidder, and the bidder must remit payment in certified funds within one week of the bid being accepted. Seal Coat Notice… More Information to Come on the Date the Work Will be Performed…

Dear Residents, 

In an effort to improve the quality of our city streets, the City of Shallowater will be participating in a seal coat program for several of our roadways. The areas that have been selected for this year are highlighted in red on the image above. We will notify you as soon as we have the date the work will be performed.  In an effort to make this as seamless as possible, we need for all vehicles to be removed from the street and that all yard irrigation be suspended until the completion of the project. The dates have changed due to weather or other circumstances, so please view our website at Shallowatertx.us for updates. We greatly appreciate your cooperation in this area so that our seal coat program can achieve maximum success for all of our citizens.
