Variance to place a carport at 703 11th st.: City of Shallowater Public Notice  The City of Shallowater would like to give all interested parties the right to appear and be heard at the council meeting on Tuesday, the 15th of April, 2025 at 7:00 p.m. in the Police Department Training Room, 607 Ave G, Shallowater, Texas on the issue of a variance to place a 20 X 30 carport on the side of the house on the existing concrete pad at 703 11th street.    This variance, if granted would allow Mr. Keith the ability to place a 20 X 30 carport on the side of the house on the existing concrete pad.  Any questions or concerns may be directed to City Hall, 806-696-4300. The City of Shallowater would like to give all interested parties the right to appear and be heard at the council meeting on Tuesday, the 16th of February 2021 at 7:00 p.m. in the Police Department Training Room, 607 Ave G, Shallowater, Texas on the issue of zoning for the territory described, to wit:

 A 2.24977 acre tract of land of a tract recorded in County Clerk File Number (CCFM) 2012040349, Official Public Records of Lubbock, County, Texas as  described in Volume 588, Page 384, Deed Records of Lubbock County, Texas, and described as Lakeview Addition; Lots 7 and 8, Block 1 and Lots 13-24, Block 2.  The property is located south of 5th Street and west of Avenue H.
