Public Notice for the City of Shallowater

 

The City of Shallowater would like to give all interested parties the right to appear and be heard at the council meeting on Tuesday, the 16th of February 2021 at 7:00 p.m. in the Police Department Training Room, 607 Ave G, Shallowater, Texas on the issue of zoning for the territory described, to wit:

 A 2.24977 acre tract of land of a tract recorded in County Clerk File Number (CCFM) 2012040349, Official Public Records of Lubbock, County, Texas as  described in Volume 588, Page 384, Deed Records of Lubbock County, Texas, and described as Lakeview Addition; Lots 7 and 8, Block 1 and Lots 13-24, Block 2.  The property is located south of 5th Street and west of Avenue H.

The City of Shallowater proposes to institute R-2 (Multi-Family Residential, duplexes) zoning for the 2.2497 acre tract of land in Lakeview Addition: Lots 7 and 8, Block 1 and Lots 13-24, Block 2.  Any questions or concerns may be directed to City Hall, 806-832-4521 or 806-696-4300.
