 The City of Shallowater would like to give all interested parties the right to appear and be heard at the council meeting on Monday, the 20th of July, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. in the Police Department Training Room, 607 Ave G, Shallowater, Texas on the issue of a variance to place a 23’ X 25’ carport at 1312 9th Street for Antonio Lira with the same roof pitch as the house and the same height as the house.  The variance is for the size and height of the structure.

This variance, if granted would allow Mr. Lira the ability to place 575 sq. ft. carport at 1312 9th Street.  Any questions or concerns may be directed to City Hall, 806-832-4521.
